We understand that different clients wish to receive a different service package, depending on their budget and as such we have developed three distinct options from which to choose. Please read about the Options and Costs below.

Bonsaicars offers a range of packages and the widest choice of used vehicles available. Our procedures are clearly marked on this website and are further sent by email on registering to use our service (by filling in the contact form).

Viewing of our extensive auction listings (5 days a week) is free right up to the point of bidding on a vehicle - at which stage we require a £500 deposit (preferably by Credit card for joint peace of mind) to cover us against the cost of re-auctioning a vehicle that was successfully obtained, but subsequently not purchased. We do of course re-credit debited cards on failure of bids or if successful, when payment has been made in full pre-transit.

Our fees are generally paid just before shipment, after which vehicles are put in the name of clients on shipping documents and at which stage we would have to rely on general goodwill for payment.

We will generally only allow bids on vehicles that would pass an MOT and where appropriate the Single Vehicle Approval (SVA), and as such offer additional services that will guarantee an MOT and SVA pass - see options and costs for details.

On contacting us (registering) you will be sent a free info pack which answers most questions that our clients have posed in the past, compiled by our own experience with our own auctions listings.

All vehicles are graded very accurately (see Process - Report) and pre-bidding, we will send you further yet more thorough details of the cars that you may have highlighted as of potential interest, in order to have all the information available to you before putting in a bid for a car. One of our agents will always be on hand to help along the entire process by telephone or email when necessary.
