The credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, may use your information for statistical analysis about credit and fraud. Fraud prevention agency records may be shared with other organisations to help make decisions on motor, household, credit, life and other insurance proposals and insurance claims for you and other members of your household.

You may obtain details of the agencies from whom we obtain and to whom we supply information about you. You have a legal right to these details and to receive a copy of the information that these hold about you. You may solely apply in writing . A fee will be payable.
